The Yankees are on the verge of going 5-14 in their last 19 games. How bad does it have to get before firing someone is a legit possibility? Who do you fire? Line up not hitting Starters putting us in a hole Offense dead Over worked pen failing… Al least we’ve been fielding pretty well… |

Slider well outside, thigh-high, 2-2
Fb at the top in the middle, grounded sharply up the middle, leadoff single for verdugo, who has 3 hits in a game for the first time since the Coolidge Administration. (Actually, since the first game in Fenway).

Toreres gets a cutter and hits a deep drive down the right side, just slices foul, Torres never left the box, lucky for him, he was right, or he might've turned a double into a single.

I'm not sure who you fire. The problem, in my opinion, is Boone, but I don't know who to replace him with at this juncture. I don't think there's a person on the coaching staff that you single out. FB inside at 98 AND LET IT HIT YOU! Yanks need baseruners. But he jackknifes out of the way, 2-2
FB down and in would be ball 3, but he pulls it foul

FB 4-5 inches outside waist high, 2-1
Beats him with a cutter just above the inside corner, 2-2
FB waist high, just inside, and he hits it well, but it tied him up just enough, keeps it in the park, Benson goes back to the track, catches, 2 down.

Cutter in the zone, low/wway, Wells misses late and under, pops it to short left, De La Cruz goes back and makes the easy catch. Leadoff single comes to nothing.
Top 9, 8-4 Reds.
Top of the order, India, De La Cruz and Candelario for the Reds in the 9th.
Ferguson maybe for the 9th?
