Late and flies open a bit on a backdoor slider attempt, hangs outside, 3-2
Cutter below the knees, fouled.
Yanks a FB low near the middle, and Cortes commits a baseball mortal sin, leadoff walk to the #9 hitter batting .082 after getting ahead 0-2, with two hitters who hit him very well due in.

Then gets a break as Paredes tries to pull a cutter just outside, and rolls it over to LeMahieu, who starts an easy 5-4-3 DP, two outs, Jackson to 3rd.

Makes a mistake with a change, waist high, outer 3rd, but Arozarena is early and on top, grounds it sharply to DJ at 3rd, he smothers it to his chest to make sure, throws him out, inning over.
