Not a panic trade, but a trade needs to be made to not only spark this Yankee team but to also improve it. Preferably a Closer. Promote Jorbit and have him leadoff.
If there's any players left over and the Yankees can make a trade for Skubal, they should make that trade too.

Oh well, lets see if this series ends like many other 4 games series, 2-2. Let's hope Rodon doesn't give up another batch of HRs tomorrow.

Our offense is 2 players right now. Curious to see Stanton now. Hope he stays healthy. He can be healthy soon, and they can put him back at cleanup, but how long will it take him to find his timing again? A week? A month? always an issue w him. that's why i wanna him to get some rehab games where he perhaps has some success and can get comfortable and in rhythm. but he is a bat other teams respect so even his presence changes things.

Supposedly Stanton will be back "soon", so that means sitting Gleyber. Should be interesting...

We have a winner. According to Baseball Savant, Volpe chase rate is 36%, Cabrera is 38%, surprisingly Stanton is at 25%.

I doubt that the Yankees are going to re-sign Torres anyway, so maybe they trade him if they have faith that Jorbit can be their everyday 2Bman.

I've been wondering a bit lately if the Yanks don't try to move Verdego in a change of scenery trde.
