Before I forget entirely:
Wells' 7th HR: 111.2 mph, 373 feet, 20° launch angle, a HR in 29 of 30 parks. Volpe's 7th HR: 100.1 mph, 384 feet, 29° launch angle, also a HR in 29 of 30 parks.

Paredes goes after a waist high FB at 96 on the outside corner, misses under, pops it to short left center, Verdugo calls everyone off, catches, 1 pitch, 1 out.

A smile from Verdugo. Wish they’d come back like they were earlier this year…

That's the Death Star getting ready to do some damage to some poor unexpecting and defenseless planet! No wonder I hate it. I stopped watching Star Wars after the first movie in 1977. Many believe the second one, "The Empire Strikes Back" was the best of them all.

Rodon hits the backdoor with a slider down in the zone, taken by Mead, 0-1 Fb in the middle at the top, foul tipped, 0-2 FB above the zone, inner half, he tries to block it off to right, grounds to Rice well off first, he fields, flips to Rodon for the 2nd out.

Arozarena takes a curve in the middle thigh high, 0-1 Takes a change diving low, 1-1 Gets a hanging curve down the middle, lines it hard but foul off 3rd. FB misses high and outside, taken, 2-2 Shoots for the back door with a slider, misses below the corner, 3-2 Slider hanging at the top, inside middle, and Arozena just misses, flies out to the track in left. Not a hard play for Verudgo, but very nearly a HR. Inning over.
Bottom 4, 2-0 Yanks Just 10 pitches in that 1-2-3 inning, even with the mistake slider that was almost a hR
Judge, Wells and Volpe for the Yanks in their 4th.

Rodon still looking sharp with extra rest. Wonder if he'd be better in an 8 man rotation?

Judge takes a knee high FB outer half for a strike Hanging slider barrelled too directly, liner toward the corner in left drops for a hit, Arozarena cuts it off in a hurry, holding it to a long single.

Wow, Rodon looking good. Don't get the Eli Manning bobblehead day, who's next Taylor Swift? Jalen Brunson? Maybe Igor?

Wells gets a flat slider down and in, and mishits it so badly, the flare lands just on the outfield grass between short and 3rd for a hit, Judge to 2nd with nobody out.

Volpe takes a slider above and inside middle, 0-1 Gets another slider above middle, fouls it straight back, knocking Jackson's mask off, 0-2 FB at the knees fools Volpe and the ump, called a ball, but a 10% strike on Gameday. Volpe gets a small break on that call. Littell looks in, then steps off. Splitter dives in the zone low/away, Volpe pulls it foul Same FB he took on the 0-2, doesn't take this one, fouls it. Check swing on a bounced(?!) splitter, hits the bat, keeping him alive. Terrible chase whether it bounces or not, Volpe gets lucky again. Sweeper hangs way high and in, 2-2 Shoots the sinker for the low outside corner, misses by a hair, Littell freezes waiting for the strike 3 call, doesn't get it. 1-2% on Gameday, so another break for Volpe, 3rd one this at bat. Gets a bad slider outside middle and misses it a bit late, his flare down the line in right, DeLuca races over, gets his glove on it but can't hold it, Volpe's FOURTH BREAK THIS AT BAT.
