Devers takes a curve about 4-5 inches low, called a strike. Ridiculously bad call, nowhere close. Devers annoyed and rightyly so.
Catches a hanging cutter near middle as well, lands in the left center gap, Yoshida to 3rd on the long single by Devers.

So I guess the team thinks Wells will out perform Agustin Ramírez. Thus the Jazz trade. I don’t know about that on the long haul, but Jazz can play for us right now. Ramírez has no position and may take another year or two to help at the MLB level. Welcome to the forum, Rock Away!…

Cutter above the knees, outside corner, and O'Neill is right on it, belts it a liner to left center, Grisham dives, can't get it, both runners score, and Stroman has immediately coughed back the 3-0 lead that Soto and Judge gave him, game tioed at 3.

Soto takes a cutter well high, 1-0 A cutter on the corner inside near the top, 1-1 A splitter outside, 2-1 Terrible cutter hangs above middle, and Soto demolishes it to deep right center. Takes a cutter well inside, ball 2
Takes a slurve low, 3-0
Takes a sinker in the zone up and away, 3-1
Sinker below middle middle, Smith hits it hard toward the 34 hole, Torres dives to hie left to get it, gets up, throws out Smith as O'Neill gets to 3rd. Sox hitting EVERYTHING hard.

Stroman gets another break on the 1st pitch, sinker misses outside about 2 inches, called strike 1 anyway.
Wong takes a slider outside, 1-1
Takes a cutter that nicks the low inside corner, not called, 2-1, about 5% on Gameday
Slider outside, rolled over to Volpe, throws him out, inning over.
Sox get the 3 runs right back, game tied at 3, top 2nd.
23 pitches in the 1st for Stroman as well. Wanna bet who finds their game first, Crawford or Stroman?
7-8-9 for the Yanks: Volpe, Grisham and Cabrera.
