Slurve thigh high in the middle, pulled to the right side, Torres turns around it to set up the throw to 2nd, he makes it, Volpe makes a great pivot just doubling up Smith at 1st, 2 down.
Let's see if Stroman can hold it here.

6-7-8 for the Yanks, Rice, Volpe and Grisham.
O's lost to the Pads, 9-4.
Rays shut out the Reds, 4-0.
Jays beat the Rangers 7-3, the one and only AL East score recap I need to do tonight.

Knucke curve on the back door, looped to center, Duran comes in hard, catches as he's falling. Good play, but overrated by the PBP announcer. Two-stars, not even sure he had to dive/fall if he kept running.

Cabrera jammed by a 1st pitch cutter inside corner, pullede toward the 34 hole, but Hamilton is there, wheels around, throws him out, inning over, and Too late, Yanks, Crawford has it going. If he crusies the 5th with Soto and maybe Judge for their 3rd look, this one is likely over.
Bottom 4, 5-4 Sox.
7 pitches for Crawford, shades of his last start against the Yanks, and his pitchcount troubles are over at 56 through 4.
Rafela, then back to the top for Duran and Abreu for the Sox in the 4th. More run(s) for Boston are more likely than not.
