Ferguson stays in... Gonzalez gets a curve at the top, takes it, 0-1 Slurve taken low in the middle, 1-1 Fouls off a FB on the outer 3rd, 1-2 Cutter low, inner half, 2-2 FB tails outside, 3-2 Six run lead, Ferguson, come on with that stuff. FB inside ball 4. All I can say is: S M D H . Another reason to get as many runs as possible. No one thinks through game situations anymore. Fundamentals erode every year it seems. |
