Harper... Takes a change in the zone down and in, 0-1 Takes the change over the middle, but diving well low, 1-1 Takes the change tailing outside, waist high, 2-1 4th straight change goes well low, and Harper guesses FB, chases and fouls it off, 2-2 5th straight change down and in, fouled off his feet, I think Flies open on a FB, misses well high, Harper doesn't chase that one, 3-2 FB well located up and in at 94, and he almost got it anyway, fouled straight back.
Boy oh boy did you get away with that one, FB near middle, below the waist, fouled back and to the left.
Oooh! Another sweet change near the low inside corner, gets a swing over for the K, 2 down

Bohm takes a slider outside near the bottom 1-0 FB tails to the corner low away, taken, 1-1 Sinker down and in, fouled, 1-2 Slider breaks sharply outside near the bottom, he chases and fouls it off the right side. Tries to tail a FB on the corner away, misses by 2-3 inches. Same pitch a bit lower at 95, Bohm goes for it and fouls it off. Same pitch for the 3rd time, this one slightly higher than the last, fouled again After 3 straight fastballs, he breaks out the cutter, it dives outside with sharp break, almost a slider, and Bohm swings inside it for the K.
Warren strikes out the side on the 5th but needs 23 pitches and his night is probably over at 90 pitches. Top 6, 4-1 Phils. Chisholm, Torres and Rice for the Yanks in the 6th.

If Warren is done for the night, here's what I think I see...
His stuff has excellent movement, but he'll need to command it better to get MLB hitters out consistently. He'll throw any pitch to any part of the zone, almost Schmidt-like, which is a big plus. He didn't cave after getting that gut punch 3 run shot from Hays at the 2nd. I like what I see, but I don't know if the Yanks will give him enough time to get his command in the majors, as they did with Schmidt.

Chisholm... Change low/away in the zone fouled, 0-1 Takes a FB well high, outer half, 1-1 Catches a cutter hanging above middle, belts it out to right, his 3rd HR in two games makes it a 4-2 game!!

Torres pulls off a curve out of the zone away 0-1 Pulls off a 2nd curve outside but a bit lower, 0-2 Takes a curve even further low and outside, 1-2 Sinker misses by 1/2 inch outside, at the top 2-2 Curve to the knees, outside middle, a fliner to medium deep left center, but an easy play for Marsh, 1 down.

Rice gets a bad break on a sinker missing an inch or two inside, 0% on Gameday, calles strike 1 anyway. Takes a change to the knees in the middle for strike 2. Tries to get him to chase the FB well outside and high, 1-2 FB misses about 4-5 inches outside at the top, 2-2 Big hack, chases a curve bounced over home for the K, 2 down.

Chisholm making a helluva impression. Hope he keeps it up. At least he has avoided the obligatory 2-21 most new Yankee call-ups and trade acquisitions seem to have when they first get here.

Chisholm making a helluva impression. Somebody called him another Didi Gregorius, but he reminds me more of Alfonso Soriano. He has that kind of tools.

Volpe takes a sinker inner 3rd, 0-1 Takes a curve way low, 1-1 Sinker inside, he gets the hands in, bounces it through the 56 hole for a 2 out single.

Yanks clear the pitcher for the 7th, at least....
Grisham gets a bad call, curve misses low, called a strike anyway, 0% on Gameday Not true, Joe, first pitch to Volpe was clearly a strike, regardless of where Realmuto caught it, 100% on Gameday. Throw over. Takes a curve well low, inner 3rd, 1-1 2nd throw over. Takes a FB outside, 2-1 Volpe goes, FB inside near the top, Realmuto get the throw over in a hurry, bounces it past Turner into right center, Volpe gets up and moves on to 3rd on the E-2 with 2 down.

Grisham caught looking FB, gets a curve in the drop the bat happy zone down and in, 3-2 Curve misses outside and down, and both Nola and Realmuto are expecting the call, but it plainly missed, and the ball 4 call is correct, 0% on Gameday, missed by 2-3 inches. And that's it for Nolam, he's done after 5 2/3 innings and 95 pitches. Former Yankee nemesis Jose Alvarado, the hard throwing lefty, comes in to face Verdugo, and maybe Soto as well.
