Soto shows bunt, takes a sinker inside
Sinker up and in ties him up, fouled, 1-1
Sinker waist high inside again ties him, a foul tip
Soto got a sinker down the middle, just below the waist, and he drives it to deep center, but Rojas runs it down on the track and bumps the wall after the catch, 2 down.

Gets a sinker just below middle middle, fouls it off.
Change to the low outside corner fools Judge, and he's early and pulls off it for the K. Inning over.
Sanchez comes as advertised, retiring the Yanks 1-2-2, with 2 K's and deep fly by Soto. Just 12 pitches.

FB on the corner away, drops to a knee to take the big cut, fouls it off, 0-2
Comes sidearm with a FB to the top of the zone, swung under, a 3-pitch K, good start for Nestor.

Cutter goes just inside, Hays chases and fouls, still 3-2
Fb just outside middle, hit hard to deep left, but Verdugo gets a good jump and route and hauls it in on the run with a backhand grab. Excellent play for out #2.

Sinker tails outside, 2-1
Sinker above the knees, in the middle, lined hard to Sosa's left, can't get close, Hays cuts it off in left center, and Stanton holds at 1st with a leadoff single.
