Gets a FB just inside middle, a bit late and under, fouls it off, 1-1
Sinker tails inside, 2-1
Takes a splitter diving low, inner half, 3-1
Slider near the low inside corner, Gausman doesn't get the call, ball 4. Judge and Gausman both thought it was a strike, and it barely was, 10% on Gameday.

Yanks fail to respond to the Jays' big inning, and Gausman might be settling in now.

Cabrera in for Torres. might've tweaked the groin again, on the play at the plate or the dive for the grounder off his mitt the next inning.

Sinker dives outside, hit off the end of the bat, good thing too, because the drive to left carries to the track, but Verdugo gets back, catches, inning over.

Fb misses the target, tails over the corner away, thigh high, tapped to the right side, played by Schneider to his left, throws him out by 15 feet, 1 down.

I will miss this game as I celebrate my birthday out at a restaurant with some friends/family with a stop at an ice cream shop afterwards. Yes, rizzuto , I will be ordering the French Onion Soup for appetizer. Let's Go Yankees! Belated Happy Birthday, kay! |
