Spltter to the knees, outer 3rd, taken, 1-1
Fb has some drop, maybe clips the top of the zone, inner 3rd, taken 1-2. Gameday says 1% strike, so OK.
Sinker outside corner, spoiled
Sinker starts up and in, tails into the top of the zone, inner 3rd. Soto frozen, thinks it's a ball, but it's not, 90% strike, ꓘ, 1 down.

Judge takes a waist high FB on the corner away at 96.5, 0-1
Takes his timeout.
Gets a FB just above and inside middle at 97, Judge is a bit late and under, fouls it off, 0-2
Sinker waist high, inner half, Judge tops it foul off 3rd.
Gets under a FB misses well high in the middle at 97. He's throwing harder than usual.
Slider stays up, waist high, outer 3rd, lined to left for a hit. Loperfido playing somewhat to pull, so he cuts it off easily. Torres stops at 2nd with 1 down.

Splitter just off the low outside corner, nubbed down 3rd, swinging bunt, De Los Santos fields on the move, throws Wells out at 3rd, as the runners move up.
2 down, 2nd and 3rd, Stanton up.

Swings over that sharp dopping slider well low and a bit outside, 0-1
Slider stays up waist high, just about3-4 inches outside, Stanton tries to go with it as he should, hits it hard off the end of the bat toward the 34 hole, but with 1st base unoccupied after Wells' dribbler, Horwaits is playing well off the line, dives to his backhand to stop it, gets up and his flip to Rodriguez is in plenty of time.
A bit of bad luck there, Stanton did the right thing, hit is 101.7, and Horwitz was playing that far over because of no runner at 1st.
Top 4, 2-0 Jays.
18 pitches in the 3rd for Rodriguez, 51 through 3.
Kirk, Barger and Schneider for the Jays in the 4th.

Drops a curve on the inner 3rd, taken again, 0-2
Takes the cutter way low/away.
FB at 97 above the zone, gets just under it, hits a fly to deep left, Judge goes back to his left, catches it a step or two from the wall. Schneider just missed that one. Whew.

Can't read the curve diving way low near the corner away, bad hack over it, 1-2
Takes his timeout.
Takes a sinker bounced just outside, 2-2
The curve just low and outside, Grisham barely gets a piece to foul
Gets a curve that hangs waist high, outside corner, late swing, liner down 3rd, but slices well foul.
Takes a slider down and in to get the count to 3-2.
Probably go back outside here, or maybe a curve low.

Bounces a no-chance curve well outside, then spins away in disgust at how badly he missed with the curve.

Chases a FB above the zone, bounced near home, goes to Cole in front of the mound on the right side, takes his time, throws him out.
Tries to say it hit his foot, but was nowhere close to hitting him. 1 down.
