Yanks anohter FB way outside, Wells caught a bit flat footed, reacts late and it gets by him for another wild pitch. Rendon to 3rd. A crossup maybe?

Slider misses a couple of inches outside and a bit low, taken, ball 4. 1st and 3rd, 2 down for Schnauel.
Game could get away here. Blake goes out to settle Gil down after what Gil through was a bad call on the 3-2 to Adell, but it wasn't, 0% and not particularly close. Missed by 3 inches on Gameday.

Takes a FB at 98 on the low outside cdrner, 0-1
Takes a FB at 97.5 at the knees in the middle, 0-2
Yanks a FB inside at the bottom, but Wells manages to backhand that one, 1-2
FB at 99, above and inside middle, and Schanuel misses late and under, pops to Verdugo in left inning over.
Bottom 4, 3-0 Yanks.
23 pitches for Gil in the 4th, and at 92, he might be done for the day, an inning short of qualifying for the @.
Rice, Cabrera, and back to the top for Verdugo for the Yanks in their half of the 4th inning.

Thigh high curve inside middle, Rice grounds it foul off 1st.
FB well inside, he turns on it and pulls it hard but way foul, 0-2
Change dives low and away, Rice lays off, 1-2
Back leg slider attempt, Rice just spits on it, 2-2
O'Hoppe doesn't like the pitchcall, belatedly runs to the mound while Daniel was in his windup.
FB tails outside at 92, near the top, 3-2
Tries that tailing FB to the corner inside, but this one's waist high, and Rice crushes it, but again, way foul.
Slider breaks well inside, waist high, ball 4. Another good BB for Rice.

Slider breaks inner 3rd, below the waist, jams Cabrera, muscles a flare well into right center, Neto goes back, then must re-adjust and turn behind him to make a great catch as he slid down, 1 out.

Bad change almost right down the middle, ripped up the gap in right center, bounces to the wall, Rice scores all the way from 1st on the RBI double by Verdugo!!
4-0 Yanks, and that's it for Daniel today.
