Grisham takes a sinker outside, ball 1.
Change below the knees, outside middle, hits a running wedge shot over 1st, lands fair, rolls to the corner for a 2 out double
I may have mentioned this before, but Grisham is making much better contact lately by cutting down on his swing, a lot of the time.

O'Hoppe's tries to pick Grisham, but nobody covered, really. Lucky for them, Neto recovered and got to the throw off the bag late, preventing an error.
Slider at the knees, taken, 1-2

Fb near the corner away, waist high, fouled
Slider backs up outside, 3-2
FB tails well outside, ball 4. Another impressive walk for Rice. 1st and 2nd, 2 down for Cabrera.

FB waist high, but 4-5 inches outside, Cabrera chases and fouls it off to the left, off the end of the bat, 0-1
Bounces a change, O'Hoppe blocks, keeps it in front, preventing a wild pitch, 1-1
Slider misses 3-4 inches outside, O'Hoppe tries to yank it back in, no sale, 2-1
Change well low in the middle, 3-1
Sinker misses the high outside corner by an inch or two, Cabrera doesn't chase, ball 4.
Bases loaded, 2 down for Verdugo, and pitching coach Enright to the mound to try to settle down Marte.

Flies open a bit again, misses outside with the zinker, 1-0
Arrrgggg.
FB above middle, Verudgo late and under, fly to left, can o'corn for Pillar, inning over. Moniak must be an excllent CF to push Pillar to a corner.
Top 6, 5-0 Yanks. De Los Santos coming in for Gil here? Or Cousins?
Whoever it is, they face Pillar, Rendon and Moniak for the Angels in the 6th.

Pillar takes a FB just below middle middle at 96, 0-1
Gets another 2-3 inches below the first one, Pillar a bit late and under, popped to right, easy play for Soto, 1 down.

Takes a slider that sorta hangs above and inside middle, 0-2
Flies open a bit, misses inside with a FB 1-2
Smae thing with a slider that misses down and in, 2-2
Meatball! FB above and inside middle at 97, rifled toward the corner in left, hit hard, Verdugo has no chance to cut it off, goes to the wall for a 1 out double.
Before we talk about De Los Santos going two innings, Mikey, let's see him get through one inning.

Yanks the slider well low and outside, 3-2
Decent slider on the outside corner above the knees, bounced foul off 3rd. Still 3-2.
FB with good movement runs just off the plate inside, Wells tries to pull it back to the corner, no sale, ball 4.
1st and 2nd, two down for Adell.

Adell goes after a big of a hanging slider above and inside middle, but sorta jams himself, hitting a fliner to Soto in right to end the inning.
Bottom 6, 5-0 Yanks.
1st pitch flyout to Adell keeps De Los Santos' pitchcount reasonable, 17 pitches to get through the 7th.
Soto, Judge and Wells for the Yanks in their half of the 6th inning.

Judge gets a waist-high sinker, inside middle, and barely misses down the end of the bat and under, hits a high fly to the track in left, Pillar goes back near the wall, waits for it to come down, catches, 1 out.
