Maybe I'm in the minority but I don't want a roof on Yankee Stadium, I like it the way it looks right now but I don't have to put up with sitting in rain delays and I'm not losing gate revenue because a postponed game becomes a traditional double header. In my opinion, the design models of Yankee Stadium with a retractable roof that I saw online didn't take away the look from the stadium. Would love to see a Super Bowl played there some day. Honestly, I wish the original stadium or more precisely Yankee Stadium II was still there. |

Grisham leaves the game with injured hand. Cabrera in to play 3rd, Chisholm moves to center.
Seager takes a FB well outside and low, 1-0
Then another in the middle thigh high, 1-1
Fouls off a slider outside, 1-2
Goes after a FB outside, pops it to left center, Chisholm catches, 1 down.

Takes a FB up and away, ball 1
Takes a curve in the middle, thigh high, 1-1
Fouls off a FB on the outside corner, 1-2
Fouls off a slider above middle.
Takes the slider down and in, 2-2
Takes another FB up and away, 3-2
FB at the top, spoiled
Change below and outside middle, hit hard down 3rd, but Cabrera is right there, throws him out, 2 down.

They also don't want Judge playing CF for 18 innings so they needs the DH spot for him for one of these games. If they don't want Judge playing CF so much, there's this guy named Dominguez at AAA that they might want to give a shot. Well, Grisham just left the game after getting hit in the hand. If he has to go to the injured list, the door is open for Dominquez. |

Jung gets a FB up in the zone, outside middle, fouled off
A FB at 98 above the inner 3rd, also fouled.
Way out front of a slider to the back door, waist high for the K, inning over.
Excellent shutdown inning for Rodon, a 1-2-3 on 15 pitches, and 96 through 5. Maybe he starts the 6th, not sure, but not likely to finish if he does.
Bottom 5, 6-0 Yanks.
Rice, Cabrera and back to the top for Verdugo for the Yanks in their half of the 5th.

Beautiful breaking ball by Rodon for strike three! Man, I wish he would use that pitch more at both the front end of an at-bat for dead-red fastball hitters and in that situation right there to finish off a batter sitting on his fastball.

Burke starts the 2nd with 40 pitches thrown.
Rice takes a slider on the outer 3rd, 0-1
Misses a sinker tailing inside, 0-2
Gets a slider in the zone low/away, beats the shift by grounding it to the normal 2nd base spot, but Semien is playing in the 34 hole and the ball gets by his dive to the backhand for a leadoff single.
