Ramirez... Takes a cutter inside middle, 0-1 Gets a FB in the zone up and in, Ramirez late and under, pops to Torres on the infield, inning over. Bottom 1, 0-0 Nifty 1-2-3 for Nestor, just 9 pitches. Hopefully he has at least 6 innings, preferably 7, given last night's bullpen usage.

Ugh, the game on Extra Innings is experiencing technical difficulties. You can follow my pitch by pitch, but I'm 3-4 pitches behind as usual. Gameday will be faster. I'm watching on my laptop thru MLB TV, but now I can't post on the game threads, except during inning breaks. I guess I could switch to the Cleveland broadcast, those guys are OK.

Volpe... Takes a bounced change, 1-0 Change floats into the zone up and away, taken, 1-1 Change winds up dropping just below middle, Volpe early and over it, 1-2 Takes his timeout. Curve at the top of the zone, tries to go the other way, grounds it to Gimenez, he flips to Freeman for the force, inning over.
Top 2, 2-0 Yanks. 19 pitches for Castill in the 1st. Fry, Naylor and Noel for the Guardians in the 2nd.
Soto's 36th HR: 112.4 mph, 427 feet, 30° launch angle, a HR in 35 of 30 MLB parks.

Naylor... Takes a dangerous FB right down the middle, 0-1 FB bounced well outside, 1-1 Cutter on the corner away, pulled softly right to Torres, he starts a nifty 4-6-3 DP with a nice backflip to Volpe, 2 down.

Noel takes a FB inside, 1-0 Fouls off a cutter in the middle at the top, 1-1 Takes a change outside, 2-1 Gets a waist high change, outer half, hits a high fly to deepish center, can o'corn, Judge has plenty of time to get under it, catches, inning over. Another good inning for Nestor, gave up the cheap single, but needed just 10 pitches, 19 through 2 for him.
Bottom 2, 2-0 Yanks. Verdugo, Peraza and Rice for the Yanks in the 2nd.
