Takes another outer 3rd, a few inches low, 0-2
Sinker well inside makes Stanton back up, 1-2
Slider well outside, Kelly boxes it but keeps it close, runners hold, 2-2
Stanton guesses slider going outside by location and 2-2 count, hits the outside corner for the ꓘ, 2 down.

Chisholm takes a backdoor slider for a strike, 30% on Gameday.
FB inside, he lifts the arms, taken, 1-1
Change away, chopper over the pitch to the right of 2nd, Semien backhands behind the bag, but Chisholm simply outruns the play, beating it for an infield hit. Bases loaded, 2 down.
Don't have much confidence in Volpe here against a righty with a funky move he's never faced before.

Sinker misses well inside. A walk would be a beautiful thing here.
Slider misses just low near middle, 2-0
Sinker on the corner inside, Volpe late and under, fouled back to the right, 2-1
Arggg. Sinker waist high, inside middle, he's late and under, fouls it off, maybe trying to go to right, 2-2.
Takes the slider low/away. DON'T TAKE STRIKE 3 HERE.

Slider above middle, fouled back. Sigh.
