Torres gets a cutter below middle middle, grounds it sorta hard, but right to Smith, who gets the force at 2nd, inning over.

Mets finished off their sweep of the Red Sox, 8-3.
Assuming this score holds, and there's no reason not to, the Yanks will still be 1/2 game behind the O's, the Sox will be 10 behind still, the Rays 1/2 game behind Boston, and the Jays will still be 13 1/2 behind the Yanks.

Fat FB above and outside middle, blooped to right, lands right on the line, kicks into foul ground, and by the time anyone came get to it, it's a RBI double, 9-2 Rangers.

The Yankees farm system needs to start developing some good pitchers, because this 2 and through lineup just isn't going to cut it.
