Sinker 3-4 inches inside waist high, lined to right for a hit, Soto makes another mental boo-boo, trying to make up for the last one, throws home on the fly, Langford beats it easily, but the throw home lets Lowe take 2nd. 5-0 Rangers, and Stroman's day is done.
Not much of an advantage not having both Semien and Seager in the lineup, I guess.

Verdugo, Trevino and back to the top for Torres in the 5th for the Yanks.

Is Stroman someone we can count on in the playoffs? Highly doubtful. Hopefully Schmitt of Gil can take that spot.

Holmes is bad but the reason this team looks so awful is that both Judge and Soto are slumping.

I'm tapping out, friendos. Don't feel like spending the next hour angry over pissing away yet another game against a team we need to beat (without their two best hitters, no less).
Much needed day off tomorrow, frankly I probably need a day off from this team, then on to Wrigley with hopefully better results.

Splitter hangs in the middle, pulled foul
FB misses high, Eovaldi started to the dugout, has to go back and it was high, 2-2
Takes another takes a curve well outside. 3-2
Torres starts on a cutter outside, checks, the first base ump says "no swing" ball 4. Side view shows he did swing and got a big break from the ump.
