Holmes is bad but the reason this team looks so awful is that both Judge and Soto are slumping. I think Soto is out of his. Now we need the big guy to get going. |

Soto takes a splitter down an in, ball 1.
Cutter outside and high, Soto just goes with it hard down the left side, and it gets over the wall for a 2 run HR. Great hitting by Soto on a pitch well out of the zone, and it's 5-2 Rangers!

White Sox beat the O's, 0-1 Rays beat the Twins, 9-4 Mets lead the Sox, bottom 8, 4-3. Shota Imanaga of the Cubs has a no-hitter through 7 against the Pirates, 2 BB and 7 K. The Cubs pulled him after 95 pitches. |

I think Mr. Eovaldi was peaced off that the non-call on Torres check swing wound up costing him 2 runs.
