German strikes out 10 in six innings Last two starts for German...19Ks in 12 innings. This may be a stretch, but if Walker stayed away from Sanchez, perhaps Sanchez catches the one out pop up in the sixth...and German may have got to start the seventh with just 2 runs allowed. That was when German started to NOT get the swing and misses he up until that point...just enough gassed because of throwing the extra pitches, plus getting runners on base. |

Torres is SO FUCKING clutch!!! I think Walker is done. Walker is much better hitter from the left side, and he can play three positions and even catch in an emergency. I would like Austin to go down. I agree. Out of the two, i’d hang on to Walker. Besides, Austin has options...so no harm done. We could still bring him back up later... Got Walker, if he’s gone, he’s gone. We still haven’t seen a healthy and PRODUCTIVE Bird yet...Patience. No drastic moves at 1B until we figure that out... |
