Look on the bright side, maybe this experience will give Cole the inspiration to come back next season and once again dominate...and hopefully, we'll never again see him intentionally walk anybody, with no outs and nobody on! That was simply a poor decision. And if it was Boone's idea, then even worse, because it would mean it was that decision that caused Cole to lose his concentration for the rest of the game. i'm blacked out so listening to game. just saw video of cole holding up 4 fingers.

Torres swings over a slider, thigh high near middle, 0-1 FB way high, 1-1 Sinker well high, outside middle, 2-1 Takes his timeout. Slider starts inside, freezing him, bends to the corner, 2-2. Tries to back the sinker over the low outside corner, but it stays outside, ball 3. Sinker starts outside, tails to the corner waist high, he spoils it. Sinker tails to the outer 3rd topped the other way, Valdez fields and throws to 2nd for the force, the relay is throws over Cases, but Jensen backs up and Torres stays at 1st. 2 down.

Name that Yankee is Andrew Miller. I didn't get it until Paulie talked about it.

Torres takes a change low, 1-0 Takes a sinker to the knees, 1-1 Swings over a change dropping low, 1-2 FB just outside middle, he's late and under, pops to medium left, can o'corn, O'Neill has to fight the sun field a bit, and catches. Inning over.
Top 6, 7-1 Red Sox. 19 pitches for Bello in the 5th, and 91 through 5. Casas, Story and Jensen for the Sox in the 6th.

Trying to remember.Edit: No!! It was the HR Bird hit off him, when no one thought he would against a tough lefty. Gave the Yanks a 1-0 win in game 3 of that series.

Ugh, now the Yanks mess up an easy DP. Just really sloppy baseball today.

Jansen takes a sinker high, 1-0 Slider inside corner fouled off. 1-1 Sinker into the zone up and away, 1-2 Sinker inside, 2-2 Sinker just outside grounded right up the middle, Torres fields behind 2nd, but Volpe is right near him, so the flip is slow and awkward, allowing Jansen to beat the relay by a step. 2 down.

Valdez gets a 1st pitch sinker outside middle and misses under, pops to shortish left, Verdugo comes in and catches, inning over.
Bottom 6, 7-1 Sox. 3-4-5 for the Yanks in the 6th: Judge, Wells and Chisholm.
