Chisholm takes a slider in the middle, knee high, 0-1 FB outside middle, slapped to the left side, Schuemann well off the bag again, lays out with a dive to his left, gloves it, gets up, throws him out, inning over.
Bottom 6, 1-1. Ohtanez threw 18 pitches that inning, and that should do it for him, he's a one-inning reliever. Schuemann, then back to the top for Butler and Rooker for the A's in the 6th vs. Cole. Their 3rd look at him.

FB in the zone up and away on the 1st pitch to Schumenn, he drives it toward the corner in right, but Judge gets to it with ease, 1 down.

Is it just too much for the A's to still play in Oakland? Playing in Sacramento for three years is absurd. Personally, I think creating a stadium that seats 33,000 in the middle of the desert is absurd. What's the team going to be called when they finally get their new park, the Las Vegas Bust?

I've lost the sound on my YES cast FB misses high to Butler, 1-0 FB outside, 2-0 FB almost down the middle at 93, takes it, 2-1 FB at 95 a bit above the 2-0, swings under, 2-2 FB above the top at 95, fouled almost straight back. Sound is back.

It's so frustrating watching these guys make so many scrub pitchers look like 1984 Doc Gooden.

Butter gets a slider on the outer 3rd, fouls it off, 0-1 FB in the zone up and away, popped well foul off 1st, might be out of play at the Stadium, but not here, Rizzo goes over and backhands it for the 3rd out.
Top 7, 1-1 Another fast inning for Cole, 9 pitch 1-2-3 and 64 through 6.
Stanton, Rizzo and Grisham for the Yanks in the 7th.

They'll have a roof on their new park for the heat. Plus, everyone is moving to Vegas: The Raiders, the NHL and WNBA. The NBA will have an expansion team there eventually.

Lefty Scott Alexander in to pitch the 7th, two lefties after Stanton. Sinker misses up and away, 1-0 Sinker misses outside at the knees, 2-0 Sinker outer half, belted to deep right, but the freaking maritime layer knocks it down and turns a go-ahead HR to a single off the top of wall, ball caromed right back to Butler, and Stanton can't even try for 2nd. Dominguez will pinch run.

The one time they needed Duke Ellis and he isn't here.
