Might want to check back in the 4th.... So...you're calling the game now? I know last night it was called after 6...guessing there were a few here breathing a sigh of relief when Yanks came up short. Down 6-1 in the 4th and a group not known for much comeback ability this year. |

Swings over a slider low, 0-2
FB well high makes Santander lean back, but it was over the middle and not particularly close.
Bounces a slider, 2-2
Slider on the outer 3rd, lined hard to right, carries and goes over Soto's desperate lunge and jump, one hops to the wall, Henderson scores, 6-1 O's. Not at all down the middle, Paulie, near the corner, actually.

FB in the zone up and away, fouled off. Kay said Beeter throws hard, but if so, we haven't seen it yet, his FB has been 93-4-5 so far.

OK, that one was 96 above the zone, and Cowser smashes it to right center, Soto tries to slider to cut it off, gets by him, Judge backs up and holds it to a RBI double, 7-1 O's.

This group is going nowhere. What disappointing trash this is. In the playoffs, it will be Cole, Gil and Rodon starting, not Stroman. yeah stroman might get into a losing blowout. |
