For now, I’ll just say that he often posted about suicide prevention on FB, and has spent his life fighting depression. Only 42 with a couple kids. What a shame, what a waste. This sucks…

For now, I’ll just say that he often posted about suicide prevention on FB, and has spent his life fighting depression. Only 42 with a couple kids. What a shame, what a waste. This sucks… Just awful. I feel so bad for Ruthie and of course you too inger. Depression is such a terrible disease. If anyone out there is suffering from it, just know that you can always DM me. I used to suffer from depression but have developed a lot of techniques that have helped over the years that I can share. At the very least, I can always lend an ear to listen. |

inger--so sorry to hear this. Words are inadequate, but many condolences to you and ruthie. Many people don't realize how depression can be a terminal illness.
