Sinker in the zone below and inside middle, and Cabrera just...stares...at it. κ. No idea what he thought that pitch was, maybe a slider diving low, inning over.
Not as good as it should've been, but not as bad as it could've been.
Yanks up 4-3, going top 6.
Curriel, Melendez and Pham for the Royals, let's see if Boone stays with Cole here, and a day off tomorrow.

Can't hate taking the lead but we should have put up more runs there. Not a good at bat from Waldo. Multiple walks in the inning, and he swung at ball one, way inside. Pay attention to the situation, young man. |

Still think they should bring in Schmidt. Not a terrible idea. Not sure I trust Schmidt in this spot, but they'll have to at some point. |
