FB near the corner away, slashed down the left side, hooks well foul and out of play, 1-1
Chases a FB above the zone at 96, fouls it off. That was 4-5 inches high and should not have been chased. 1-2
Bounces a curve, it gets away a bit from Perez, but he throws out Cabrera at 1st to complete the K, 2 down.

Verdugo took 2nd on the throw home as well.
Royals will bring another reliever for Torres, maybe Bubic? Lefty with a great change for righties and slider for lefties.

I thought he was out, but not enough to overturn made sense since you couldn't see the left side of his foot clearly. If it was called out, same thing, not enough to overturn.

and guess what, verdugo backs the decision to play him in LF. 2 hits, a walk, lead rbi, 2 runs scored and a couple good plays in the field.

I've watched all the post season games so far, this is without a doubt the sloppiest, and also a pretty exciting game. I'll cut the Yankees some slack because of all the days off...but they need to keep this lead, and play cleaner games in the field from here on out!
