Oh I don't know about that, I remember Red Sox fans booing the Yankees' Karim Garcia after that playoff brawl in 2003.

Alright. Gonna need Cole to wrap this thing up. I DO NOT want this coming down to Rodon being on the hill.

later on during that inning, Costas talked about that HR like it was a wall scraper. Yes Costa is quite dismissive. surprising because i think he's a yankee fan.

Not sure I'd want to stack Wells and Chisholm back-to-back. Now, if you want to move Stanton up to 3rd and drop Judge to 5th... OK, that's pushing it. 1. Gleyber 2. Soto
3. Judge 4. Stanton 5. Jazz 6. Volpe
7. Wells 8. Oswaldo
9. Verdugo
If you don't want a lefty to neutralize the last three, put Berti in there instead of Oswaldo.
what about just flipping wells & jazz from last night's lineup. jazz is a LH who'll provide more protection for judge than wells is currently is. stanton stays 5th, so maybe jazz gets some better pitches.

I'd still do it. He had the RBI double off the righty Lugo. Playoff Stanton is a different animal. Not sure I'd want to stack Wells and Chisholm back-to-back. Now, if you want to move Stanton up to 3rd and drop Judge to 5th... OK, that's pushing it. Yup...that is pushing it.

If one more Yankee pulled an outside breaking ball last night I'd be waiting for the Amazon guy to deliver my new television today. The playoff schedule might get credit for the Yankee bullpen doing well but I think its a disaster for the bats. This is the game that I wish the Yankees had Nestor. Cole works 100 pitches and Nestor brings the game home. But that can't happen.

glad we won which we hit more The Yankees only had 4 hits but the game winner went over the fence! 4 hits is about our limit. So home runs or bust I guess. I dont understand how you can spend this much money on a team and be such poor hitters.

I thought Judge had good at bats last night. It took some bad luck for him not to go 1-3 with 2 walks. Witt, Jr. making a great play on his 114 MPH liner and the ump hosing him on a walk on that terrible check swing call.

Looks like the Yankees didn't lose to Cy Lugo after all. Not much energy in the Royals dugout after their loss. Their fans were quiet too. I did hear a few Yankee fans chanting "Let's go Yankees". I guess the grass isn't really greener on the other side.

Phils lead the Mets 1-0, top 6 at Citifield. The only run of the game so far scored on an error by Vientos at 3rd. Game one goat, Hoffman came into today's game in the 5th and got the Phils out of a huge jam. Figures, it was Lindor again to get the big hit for the Mets. If the Yankees aren't playing in the game I couldn't careless who wins. But I gotta give Lindor credit. I can't say for sure, but in my opinions...I doubt if the Mets even make the playoffs without Lindor. He's going to be in the Hall of Fame someday.

Missed the start of the game, so the voice was on when I turned the TV on when Judge hit the ball to LF. So I heard Costas ask if Judge got all of the ball? 👓
The LFer showed me immediately the all Judge hit was a routine fly-ball.

Estevez came in for Suarez to face Lindor, 1 out, bases loaded...and Lindor comes through again! Grand slam, and the Mets are up 4-1, on their way to the NLCS, it looks like. I wonder if the Phillies regret trading Seranthony DomÃnguez to the Orioles.
