I was comparing 2009 Yanks to 2017 Astros because the article talked about how the Astros had a top infield, I always thought the 2009 Yanks were one of the best (offensive) infields.
I would argue that the Astros have a superior infield up the middle, though offense carries Altuve's rating a bit more than I would like see at 2B. Correa may be All-World before he's finished, OR he may prove to be a 3B long term due to his size. Time will tell...As far as the corners go...I think those two are both average players. They don't hurt, nor help the team much at all, as they could be replaced by many other average players and the Astros would still function well.
I like their outfield much better with Springer being a superman in CF, the under-rated Marwin Gonzales playing anywhere they need him, Marisnick looks like he's coming on in LF. Reddick put in a full, healthy season in 2017, which is never a guarantee, but with Gonzales around, it won't matter if someone goes down for a while...
By the way, here are Gonzales games
by position for his career:(well the formatting sucks, so check out the link to (and go to the bottom of the page) :

If they had a better catcher, they'd be really dangerous. For some reason, I don't expect them to make a move for a catcher though...
