Hoping for a fun game tonight. Yankees are solid and Yamamoto has been inconsistent . Yankees have the edge in starting pitching tonight. If the Yanks are going to get to Yamamoto it will be in the first 2 innings. He is vulnerable early and gets stronger as the game goes, but rarely goes more than 4-5 innings. Sure hoping we get a better umpire behind plate tonight.

The problem with the "series doesn't start until a team loses a game at home" theory, Kay, is that the Yanks were worse at home this season, 44-37 to 50-31.

On top of that in a 7 game series even if you make up those 2 games you still gotta win 2 more in a 5 game series you make it up and you've forced a winner take all game. |
