Famous weatherman Mike Axisa from RiverAveBlues says "Friday’s forecast has improved quite a bit over the last 24 hours or so, so things are looking up for Game Two". So we may have a game yet?

We've got them right where we want them. It's gonna be tough but I think we can be up to the task. Need a legendary performance by the big guy tomorrow! Cleveland is the better team. We are the underdog. Feels like 1996 all over again. Win a close game tonight and get to NY where we can win two in a row. |

I know the story last night was Bauer shutting down the offense but I have been underwhelmed by Gray so far. I was skeptical about him fr a while but was happy to get him because he made the rotation better and deeper but to me, he hasnt been noticeably better than either CC nor Montgomery (when I think the expectation for many was that he would be).

I know the story last night was Bauer shutting down the offense but I have been underwhelmed by Gray so far. I was skeptical about him fr a while but was happy to get him because he made the rotation better and deeper but to me, he hasnt been noticeably better than either CC nor Montgomery (when I think the expectation for many was that he would be). Lack of command has certainly been an issue. Great stuff, but seems to have no idea where the ball is going. Sort of like Garcia... |

It appears to me like Gray just doesn't trust his stuff, nibbling and pitching away from contact all the time. |
