When I was a kid my dream job would have been to take over for Johnny Carson when he retired from the Tonight Show...I'd still love to have a talk show. TV, radio, doesn't matter. In fact, when I'm about 80 and living on a street corner, I might just commandeer an old desk and an old couch and do it all for free. Tonight's special guests are Benny the Wino and The Crazy Bitch that Got Stood Up At the Alter 50 Years Ago (and still wears her gown to church once a month)... Inger... I think you'd do a better job than half these clowns on TV/radio today. The only thing comedic about some of today's comics is that people actually think they're funny. Sarah Silverman comes to mind. That girl is NOT funny. Idk how she keeps finding work...

All weaker teams want to beat a stronger team. As is often said, this series (in baseball) is our World Series, or this game (in football) is our Super Bowl. They have to find smaller, short term, low profile victories...

I've felt that way as well. It's amazing we have the BEST record in all of MLB against teams above 500 and the 15th best against teams under 500 |
