I have Pittsburgh defense! Go Steelers! Good matchups these next three weeks (Browns included). They pulled out a nice win today despite not having a kicker for the second half. They're a team with numerous flaws but they can win game if they just cut out the stupid mistakes. |

I didn't know he was still in the league. lol, neither did I. Last game, he dropped a well-thrown, long pass down the sideline from Winston. His speed is real, but his hands are suspect, but that was a big catch in today's game. The Saints have had so many receivers out, they had to go to someone. |

I'll take it, too, but man that was a weird win. I'm unaccustomed to the Saints having a penalty edge during the game not being made-up by the end of the game. Only two penalties. I don't know if that has ever happened in their history since I have been watching. |

Saints fans are now clamoring to trade for Seattle's Russell Wilson. The trade deadline is this Tuesday, I believe, but I doubt the Saints could add Wilson's salary, even if a trade was possible.

Plus, Seattle probably wants to keep Wilson. There is a suspicion that Wilson wants a change of scenery, but he is very particular and specific about the one or two places/coaches he would want to go. Sean Payton may be attractive to Wilson, as he used to work out in the off-season with Brees and knows how much input Drew had on the offense, something over which Wilson is said to want more control. |
