A big off season goal for Cashman is to land a DH. The Headley/Ellsbury combo won't cut it. I almost wonder if they should give Torreyes a start there this series, least he has some speed, and has had some big hits in limited play this year. |

I'd start Clint Frazier (even though he isn't on the roster) before Torreyes. |

Take your pick. None of them have a hit this post season so far. Romine hasn't had an AB though. |

Just say Holliday's back is acting up again and put Red Thunder in the roster! There you go. Holliday looked like a player that hasn't played in weeks tonight for sure. Seemed optimistic that they kept him on the roster last series and played him last night. He hasn't been healthy and hit for half a season. |

Tough loss. Reminds me of Game 2 in the 96 WS against Maddux. Had them off balance the whole night.
Maybe things would have been different if Bird got a better jump on that base hit, but whatever. Houston is a really good team so you knew this wouldn't be easy. Get them tonight.
