German with a impressive outing. See you in AAA Loaisiga. As talented as Loaisiga is, he needs to build up his innings this year, so AAA with a September relief role is more likely for him this year. He’ll be fortunate if he can nab a spot start for the big club. I’ll be excited to follow him in AAA an riot for his health while hoping he can be a bigger factor in MLB next season. To be honest, I believe German may be the better of the two, and that’s not meant as a knock on Jonathan. I see a beast in German. The only really bad peripheral he had last year was HR per nine. If he whips that issue, that’s going to greatly reduce his hits per nine. Then... look out, Tanaka... and everyone else... |

That does make some sense. They’ll likely use him for a regular-length outing tomorrow then. Nice to see a throrought Red Sox whomping today, even if it is ST. Sox are 6-13.
