I have no memory of the Torres grounder. Pearce stretched out and got it at first? They challenged it to no avail? Bird is not good at those balls in the dirt. I guess we were spoiled all those years by Mattingly, Tino and Tex. |

Bird looking terrible in two at bats so far. My early overre6action of the day. I was going to wait until his third at bat, but why not dump on him now. The first two ABs looked like last year. Tyler Wade watching anxiously. |
