I think the biggest problem with polling this issue is that very few posters were using the the thread, and one of them is no longer posting. Therefore most have no investment in it, so won’t be voting... 3 votes to keep. Might as well keep it around I guess. That may be for the best. I started the thread for Dome. Dome and I voted to shut it down. I see a couple ways this could go. The thread could live, with the users valuing the posters more. Or ghevthread could die it’s own natural death. Sometimes hard lessons work better than easy ones... |

I have intentionally not participated. I’d be surprised if anyone has changed anyone’s mind through the discussion there either. So it doesn’t matter to me if it stays or not but the fact that something happened there that caused someone to drop out here in what should be a trivial conversation about the entertainment of baseball is really too bad.
