That was pipps who made that post, but I could see why you confused him with inger since they both make great historical posts! I just saw this little string here. I was going to say that the research ch for me was completely effortless, since Pipps did it... (:🤪 OK, check that, great work Pipps!!! You too inger, I love reading these type of posts.

Also, all this talk about 60's actresses and nobody mentions Julie Newmar as Catwoman? What the hell were y'all watching? I found the whole Batman thing a bit creepy. I suppose I should have sat up and paid attention when Catwoman became a part of the furniture, but the Batman/Robin relationship was problematic for me. Not that there was anything wrong with it, mind you. I just didn’t understand. That’s right folks. It’s me, not you. Stay calm and do what you want to...

You almost never hear someone bring up Skipper in this discussion. Poor skipper. I think all of his energies were consumed by Gilligan. The Skipper did have an actual name according to the show's creator Sherwood Schwartz. It was Jonas Grumby, but I don't think it was ever used on the show. Thr Professor's name on the show was Roy Hinkley, and I do believe it was used a few times. Ginger Grant and Mary Ann Summers were called by their full fictional names a few times. Schwartz said that Gilligan never had a first name, but that if he needed one it would have been Willie. I assumed Gilligan was his first name...Or else maybe... just maybe... it was...Maynard... Talk about pre-Gilligan stuff. I was very young, but I loved Maynard Krebs... hilarious just by the name and the beatnik lifestyle...

(:🤪 OK, check that, great work Pipps!!!  You too inger, I love reading these type of posts. We both thank you. I feel I can speak for Pipps since I now talk to myself so well. I also think Incan speak for Pipps when I say that there is an extreme pleasure in recalling some things that then give us an excuse to delve into some light research to enhance the stories. To find even one or two human beings in existence on the planet that finds those posts entertaining is quite humbling...
