If you're a bad base runner, don't gamble and over extend yourself, that's how injuries happen.

First it will be a cramp. Then a mild hamstring strain with a negative MRI (taken just as a precaution, of course). Then we'll learn that the strain is a bit worse than we thought. Finally, we'll learn he has a broken ankle. Will take about 3 days. Maybe a day or two longer since they're in London.
