another example of why we miss betance.
These are two very good teams. Today CC pitched well and made one mistake. We failed to get a big hit several times. We usually do get them.

Yeah, the offense wasted all kinds of scoring chances but it was cool to see Hicks take CC off the hook in dramatic fashion. |

Green probably did not help his chances of being in the play offs  But we are not blessed with huge numbers of elite relievers unless Betance comes back (and I have heard nothing of him which leads me to doubt he will return). |
