Plus, while the O's and the Tigers would seem to be out of their division races, they are in much better shape for the second wild card with the O's only 25 games out and the Tigers only 24.5. (As opposed to 33 and 28.5 games out of their respective division leads).

Chris Davis is up to .190. If he gets to .200, they’ll probably riot all night on Baltimore and burn half the city down...Angelos will probably have a torch himself...

Self-immolation is always a viable option for Oriole fans and front office personnel.

After all, SS Richie Martin is hitting .176...

Even in 98 we lost occasionally.
You wonder if in another dismal year Baltimore is starting to get better. It was certainly impressive pitching. Not sure if it was truly a quantum miracle moment or a suggestion of what might be real in a few years.

I think that was his screen name, “Memphis”. I had forgotten about him. I think he actually was a gambling addict. One of those guys that find a bet in almost any occasion... he was an interesting poster that could come here and throw quite a jolt into the political thread...We’ll just say that he liked America the way it used to be. I had forgotten all about him...
