Then gives the Yanks a make up call on a breaking ball that was a strike. That’s really bad umpiring

this is a real story....In WWII the US built a concentration camp for German prisoners in Phelps County, Nebraska....the water tower still stands, but the fences and barracks have been demolished, and the land once more is farmed.... There were a limited number of escapes, but in one, a prisoner walked a few miles away, took a farmer and his wife captives with a makeshift knife, and asked them to drive him to either Los Angeles or New York....communicating with him as well as they could they asked how far he thought that would be, and he said 300km, which is roughly150 miles....he was astonished when they told him nearly 4000km to either city, and about 4 long days travel......they drove him around for awhile, and talked him into going back where he could get decent food and rest....I think most of the prisoners were happy to be out of the war, and life was not terrible for them...

Both pitchers laboring and both escaping with light damage. One of them is going to pay for this soon...

I think sanchez swung at ball 4 in that at bat. To bad he keeps coming to the plate in key moments. 4 men reached base without a run

Does this have something to do with our pitcher?
