Just for those who want accurate statistics, rather than Noetsi statistics, according to fangraphs.com, the following team leaders in ERA for relievers:
1. Indians (3.30) 2. Giants (3.78) 3. Astros (3.83) 4. Cardinals (3.87) 5. Rays (3.87) 6. Yankees (3.90)
Notice how close numbers 2 through 6 are. Only the Indians have a clear separation from the other leaders.

Captivating TV as we watch the ground crew work the mound after Bradley's complaining. All that crud on the mound looked like Bradley's beard. Ugh. Also sort of looked like my dog Brandy had been out there. She’s such a sweet dog. I’m out there picking up after her, thankful that the sun dries things out a bit, you know? So she goes, “Here’s a nice fresh one for you, dad”!!! Yuck...

Well, it didn’t SEEM that way to him... It does seem as though only a couple of years ago that those numbers were at least a full run lower...We can’t expect the pitchers to perform like they did a few years back in this environment...

Supposedly we own dogs, yet we have to pick up their excrement.

Got it wrong. Padres involved, but Bauer to the Reds. My bad.

Betances in the eighth inning would have lowered it a bit. Add Severino and Montgomery, and the bullpen isn’t nearly as taxed. Remember, though, they still lead the majors in WAR for the year to this point. Ahead of Cleveland. They have pitched a lot of innings and had many high leverage situations early, yet still have the best record in the AL.
