"All things passeth away"
Kind of amazed lowly Texas would be the one to end it.

This ones on me fellas. Stepped away from the game after it was 2-0 and Cortes looked sharp. Took my dog for a walk, he pooped twice and the Yanks shit the bed. Tomorrow’s another day. We'll definitely get em tomorrow! I was encouraged by Tanaka's outing. Didn't have his stuff but still battled.

Look it! A Shawn Kelly sighting... Still alive? Still pitching? Still closing, after all these years?... Horse head

They lost a tough game to one of the leagues best pitchers. That people are surprised by that just goes to show how amazing they’ve been this season. That’s not a surprising result in the course of a season.

Is the team waiting until two outs in the ninth to see if they can keep the no shut out streak alive? Testing the limits lately. Down 7-0 in the bottom of the ninth, the Yankees struck for 8 consecutive solo home runs for the win... I was sort of blaming myself for this loss because of this post. Then Fatness’s dog took a coupla dumps and I thought... why not? Blame the dog! I blame the dog when I fart, why not for this?,,,

In honesty the streak does not matter. Sort of like the home run streak. Once it was over, who really cared?

We start another streak tomorrow. Unless we get shut out again, in which case we started one today.
There also exists a chance that nothing is real and everything is imagined...
