Geo makes that play to end the game, and my thought is that if Geo wasn’t in there... DJLM would have made it too...Dang. What a team...

Even Ortiz at Fenway couldn't fire up these losers!

We win. To quote the Lady Galadrial (sort of) Boston stands poised on the edge of a knife. Galadriel always hated baseball...She did like knives though...

Yeah Boston may well be where we were in 2011. Awesome past, some rough times ahead.

How many teams hit 21 runs in a game ever regardless of who they face. Then hit 15 runs the next day against the team leading the WC race (well tied for it) The Red Sox haven't been shut out all season long at Fenway. Advantage Paxton. Cora has his team playing with urgency! #OperationShutdown

When you have telepathy you don’t need a signal...What does stink is if you have telepathic bleed over from another signal, like maybe a Cubs game, or worse those aggravating religious stations... “Yanks with the sacks full, here comes the pitch and <whirr> that was a grounder to Baez, off his glove and the Brewers have taken the lead <whirr> a band of angels comin’ after me, comin’ fer to carry me home<whirr> and he’s out at home. This Yankee broadcast is over. Goodnight”!...

Don't think the Dodgers are going to take all their bad contracts off their hands this time around. At least I hope not. Still, they've got a lot of young talent, so they should get by fairly well for the next several years with a few moves to shore up their pitching. If not, well, cry me a river.
