It's absurd that college football is on FOX while the baseball playoffs are on FS1. I read that Fox can improve their PROFITS by another billion dollars per year by doing this. Like comedian Bill Burr said, "How big does your yacht have to be?" You would think that when the MLB negotiates these contracts, they would make the broadcast companies put playoff games on their most powerful stations. It's not good for the game. |

But it’s a sneaky-as-hell negotiating ploy. Dish blames Fox, Fox blames Dish and we get screwed...Both are at fault to an extent...Dish is trying to play hero by explaining that sports is the most expensive item on today’s cable/satellite bills...and they are coming to our rescue by not paying the outrageous rate increases. Meanwhile, I signed up for a full sports package, and Dish is not refunding anything for what I’m missing. I imagine I’ll be sitting back here watching some of the World Series, too... |
