really surprised paxton still pitching. Our relievers performance has a lot to do with it I guess The relievers, minus Ottavino, have been great this post season. I guess that includes the 3 run home run green gave up yesterday, happ losing game 2..... |

Paxton was pitching great. Doesn't matter of course, can't violate the sacred law of pitch counts. Now we have an issue.

Right, after 8 games, they should all have 0.00 ERA's, like the relievers on other playoff teams do. And I'm talking about true relievers, not extra starters, like Happ, who was only pitching because it was the 11th inning. And Chad Green has appeared in 5 playoff games and given up two runs, so yeah, he's been good. |
