Green is just overworked I think. He is an uneven pitcher. Sometimes he is great and sometimes he is lousy. Unfortunately he chose this series to be lousy. Two three run home runs in close games is ......not what you look for in a quality reliever. The problem Ottavino is having whatever those are, did not help. Didn't he go like 20 games without allowing a run? |

In farirness to Green if we had more quality starters he would not be in this situation. The German debacle really hurt. Green is just overworked I think. Might be the first time I ever agreed with Noetsi. If German wasn’t a douchbag he would be starting tonight. Unfortunately apparently he is a douchebag. |
