Man I love his attitude. What were these vague rumors we heard about him being a clubhouse problem? Maybe that was Jazz Chisholm Sr. I think it’s easier to declare a guy a problem on a poor organization. Losses mount up, fingers get pointed. Soto carried questions with him as well… That's what I was just going to say. You don't often hear about poor attitudes when the team is winning. Also helps have good attitudes around you. |

I'm one of those people that thinks culture/chemistry on a team is high up on the list of necessities for a really good/great team. Having a guy like Judge, who is obviously well liked, admired, and respected as the leader of the locker room is a big deal, and I suspect a reason this deeply flawed roster has grinded out the best record in the league this far into the season. These guys like each other and want to play hard for the guy next to them. Didn't hear about any bickering or finger pointing when they hit that long swoon. Just like everything else, there are exceptions to the above like the Bronx Zoo Yankees, but I feel like they are rare. |

King has been a huge addition as has Cease. They rebuilt their pitching staff and now their bullpen is loaded. |

Great for Higgy, he's had a longer MLB career than most thought he would. Had a nice conversation with him during AZFL in '14 while he was still in Rookie-A League; really good kid. He'll be coaching/managing in MLB some day. He's already set career highs in HR's and RBI's. Still doesn't hit for a high average or walk much but he's a good catcher with some pop. |

He's already set career highs in HR's and RBI's. Still doesn't hit for a high average or walk much but he's a good catcher with some pop. He's actually got a higher HR rate this year than any Yankee, other than Judge, including Soto. As you said, he's stuck around far longer than expected. Sometimes the good guys win. |

Glad he's found success in San Diego. I agree, Higgy seems like a team player. Can't remember ever reading about him complaining. The same goes for Isiah Kiner-Falefa. |
