During Sunday's game against Oakland, I thought one of the announcers said Trevino was hurt? Did anyone else hear it?

Yep. Out for the season and post season…his shoulder issues must be addressed… I don't know if inger is trying to make a joke but I don't see anything on the web about a current Trevino injury. He's right but they were talking about the pitcher we got from the A's a couple years back who has been rehabbing in the minors, not our catcher. |

I've thought the same thing. He used to have an above average arm but his throws to second are now very weak. Teams really run on him alot. When we got him I thought he would be an ideal backup. He was probably more productive as a starter than I expected, at least initially. Hope the arm issue can be corrected, if not, I wonder if we attempt to resign him or let him move on. Heck, he may even want to try to win a starting job somewhere. |
