WE told all, that this would happen & SADLY, it will only get worse.
NBA did the right thing while our Incompetent MLB Commissioner is doing...
Our Country/Every Citizen will have to make Major Changes--Disruptions--Sacrifices in dealing with this Pandemic
This is NOT us stating the above, but instead Medical Experts.
WE ALL need top make these changes to slow down this Virus; IF NOT = We could end up like Italy/Iran, etc.
THINK ABOUT: WE are still not doing enough TESTS -- China test 200,000 citizens/day.
The MLB Season needs to be cancel or at least Postponed.

Pipps travels more than any of us combined. Has the most interesting man in the world been forced to limit his peregrinations? Or, is he perhaps a multi-governmental global spook trying to resolve a possible pandemic with only his wits, a fancy English sports car, clever cutting-edge gadgets, and a penchant for gin and tonics? Is 00-Pipps on assignment? What say you all? Haha Rizz, just catching up here. While I prefer your scenario, the pedestrian reality is that we returned a little over a week ago from Paris and left Italy a little over two weeks ago, just as the first deaths were being reported in Milan, which is several hundred miles from where we were in Florence. At no point did we have to change our plans. I take it as scientific fact that the botanicals in Plymouth Navy Strength Gin have served to immunize my system from any malady known or unknown. Maybe it's from living in the Middle East during assorted wars and uprisings or wandering unharmed through Zimbabwe while Mugabe was in the process of destroying the country, but curtailing travel is never in my plans. I tell people I am always just between trips. Shut off one venue and another presents itself. There is always a Plan B. It would serve me right to die from a horrible flesh-eating disease. But I've gotten away with so much at this point that I figure I'm ahead of the game no matter what happens from now on. |

I highly doubt China is testing that many citizens... it might be saying it is, but what China actually does is very different than what they say they do. The Chinese government is VERY good at lying... without getting too political, I'll leave it at that... I DO NOT trust anything about China... These are the same people that recently said they might cut off the drug supply to the USA so more US citizens can die... |

I guess all those sports talk shows will be doing a lot of "Best Of" broadcasts. Or maybe just play easy-listening music or show the burning Christmas fireplace log.

I honestly don't see the owners getting behind delaying the season too long... and I hope they don't... it'll just crush the economy more... |

It doesn't eat flesh Pips  I am glad you are ok. I think its at best doubtful that the major league baseball season will occur and football to. In particular I doubt that college football will occur. Classes are now exclusively on line at Florida State a large university. Unless it mutates this disease is not going to kill many people. But the economic panic it is creating is serious. It will probably kill more that way then directly. |

I also think this "pandemic" will only last 2-3 weeks at most, before shit goes back to normal... Or maybe I'm just hopeful... |
